President Donald Trump said the US will resume attacks on Iran, citing slow progress on negotiations for a deal to end the war and the downing of a US Army helicopter.

The United States and Iran are close to signing an agreement aimed at ending their war, three regional officials told The Associated Press on Friday.

Earlier today, Iran lauched a series of attacks against US assets in Jordan, Bahrain and Kuwait.
