CHEYENNE WELLS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tumbleweed Midstream, LLC (“Tumbleweed”) today announced it has acquired the Ladder Creek Helium Plant and Gathering System from DCP Midstream, LP (NYSE: DCP).
Additionally, Tumbleweed has entered into two new helium processing agreements with raw helium suppliers. Ladder Creek Helium Plant is expected to be at capacity within the next 12 to 24 months.
