The United States Golf Association (USGA) has announced that Inverness Club will be the host site for the 2045 US Open. Inverness Club, located in Toledo, Ohio, will be hosting their fifth US Open, having previously hosted the event in 1920, 1931, 1957, and most recently in 1979 when Hale Irwin defeated Jerry Pate and Gary Player.
The USGA announced the U.S. Open is headed back to Inverness Club in 2045, 66 years after the club’s last U.S. Open.
