Prime rib is so good and on a rotisserie it’s even better! Dry brine the prime rib roast for 24 hours with kosher salt. Take the roast out of the refrigerator for 1 hour at room temperature. Setup your grill for around 300 degrees and use some oak wood for smoke. I’m using this Primo Ceramic Grills rotisserie setup.
