This past weekend I tried something new. We processed two of our turkeys and I turned the meat into deli meat! I bought a deli meat press off Amazon a few months ago and finally put it to use! Super easy to use, but now I need like 8 of them because each batch is only 2ish pounds! I think I can get away with a little more but these first ones were 2 pounds each.
